Hosted by Parkstone Yacht Club's own Bar & Catering Manager, Matt, the evening features a guided tasting of four carefully selected wines, followed by a sweet dessert wine, each paired with a complementary cheese. Crackers, crudités and chutneys accompany every course, creating a series of thoughtfully chosen flavour combinations.

Throughout the evening, Matt will explain what makes each pairing work so well, offering plenty of fascinating insights, practical tasting tips and recommendations that you can take away and enjoy long after the evening has finished.
