Hosted by Parkstone Yacht Club's own Bar & Catering Manager, Matt, the evening features a guided tasting of four carefully selected wines, followed by a sweet dessert wine, each paired with a complementary cheese. Crackers, crudités and chutneys accompany every course, creating a series of thoughtfully chosen flavour combinations.
